Kazakh boxer Zhanibek Alimkhanuly (16-0, 11 KOs) spoke about his situation and a potential fight with the Briton Hamza Shiraz (21-0, 17 KOs), Sports.kz reports.
“My job is to fight in the ring. I hope my manager and promoter will agree with a good opponent. I'm not interested in fighting with no names. I don't know what's going on with Shiraz. If he doesn't want to fight, then let him say so and refuse. We need to move on. Sometimes being a king is hard. Nobody wants to fight me. Everyone is afraid of you. Sometimes I want someone to challenge me. But this will not happen,” Alimkhanuly wrote in X.
