Changes to the rules for the operation of high-rise buildings – what to prepare for – TSN Exclusive

In Ukraine, they are planning to change the rules for managing multi-apartment buildings. The Cabinet of Ministers approved a resolution on the implementation of an experimental project on the creation, implementation and ensuring the functioning of the Multi-apartment Building Management System (AMMS).

The experimental project is planned to be implemented in two years, until the end of 2026.

It is planned that all information about the multi-apartment building and activities of the condominium will be contained in the single electronic system Nash Dim. Apartment owners will have up-to-date information about their housing as well will participate in meetings and voting online.

At the same time, condominiums and managers will store decisions and documents about the house in secure digital repositories. They will also be able to report on their work on the site.
