The plan of retired General Keith Kellogg, whom Donald Trump nominated for the post of special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, ultimately envisages a Chechen scenario for the occupation of Ukraine. This opinion was expressed for the Lvov News Manufactory by Evgeniy Diky, a military expert, veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, ex-commander of a company of the Aidar battalion.
