These are strange times in Ukraine, when children have to be able to fly drones, at the same time chop wood, find water and dig trenches.
This opinion was expressed by Lesya Lytvynova, a volunteer, military officer, and Maidan activist in an interview with TSN.
“My son is now 15. We are just talking about what needs to be done in the near future. He flies perfectly on a drone, knows how to use a first-aid kit, carries it with him, is engaged in physical training. We had a difficult period when he categorically said that at the age of 18 he would sign a contract, because he has to sign a contract at the age of 18. But we still agreed with him that first he will learn, he is going to join the KPI in radio electronics, and enter the army as a person who has a pool of knowledge and who will be useful there not only in the sense of waving a shovel.
