The reason for the departure of the Kazakhstan national team forward from the European club has become known – Hockey

Attack Kazakhstan national team Maxim Musorov terminated his contract with the Scottish club Fife FlyersSports.kz reports with reference to SPORT+.

According to Sport Schrödinger, the Kazakh striker decided to return to his homeland, citing difficulties in adapting to Scotland due to “cultural and linguistic differences” that prevented him from gaining a foothold at the club.

As part of the Fife Flyers, Musorov played 22 matches in two tournaments, scoring 9 points (5+4). The striker became part of the team in the summer of 2023, when he, as well as three other Kazakhs Madi Dikhanbek, Nikolai Shulga and Artur Gatiyatov, joined the club's roster. This step became significant in the recent history of Kazakhstani hockey, because Musorov and his compatriots became the first players of the national team who decided to try their hand at the British League (EIHL).
