An influencer with a rare genetic disease has revealed that she enjoys sharing photos of her body online and that her disability doesn't stop her from enjoying sex.

Alex Dacey, 29, has spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) type 2, a rare genetic disease that causes progressive muscle wasting and severe mobility problems. Despite this, she is active on social media and even joined OnlyFans to prove her commitment to the body positivity movement.
