Blackouts in Ukraine will continue throughout the winter. The duration of the power outage will depend on the weather and the speed of recovery from RF strikes.
Director of the Energy Research Center Alexander Kharchenko commented to Obozrevatel that the situation in the energy system is difficult, but manageable. At the moment, repair crews are actively working on restoration.
