A military serviceman threatened to gouge out the eye of a visitor of the Poltava TCC.
In the Poltava Regional Recruitment Center (TCC) there was a conflict between a conscript and an employee of the center due to the decision of the Military Medical Commission (MMC) on suitability for military service. This was reported by the Poltava Military Commissariat on its official Facebook page.
The incident began after the man, who passed the medical board, disagreed with the conclusion that he was fit for service due to myopia “minus” 6 diopters. According to Order No. 402 of the Ministry of Defense, such an indicator is not a basis for declaring a person unfit for service.
