Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 500 gr.;
  • mushrooms – 300 gr.;
  • carrots – 2 pcs.;
  • cheese – 300 gr.;
  • eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • potatoes – 3 pcs.;
  • onions – 1−2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise – 200 gr.;
  • salt, pepper – to taste;
  • vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp. l.

Preparation

Boil the chicken fillet. While it is cooking, wash the potatoes and carrots and cook them with their skins on. We also set the eggs to boil.

Peel the onion and chop it finely. Add oil to the pan and heat it. At the same time, we begin to wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
