Uzbekistan won a historic fight at the Asian Boxing Championships – Boxing/MMA

Boxer of the women's national team of Uzbekistan Farzona Fozilova successfully launched the day before Asian Championship 2024 in Chiang Mai (Thailand), Sports.kz reports.

Asian champion among youth under 22 years of age, Fozilova met in the ring with Nepalese athlete Aarati Bhomjan in the weight category of up to 48 kilograms and won a landslide victory by unanimous decision of the judges.

According to the press service of the Asian Boxing Confederation, this fight became historic for the Asian Championships, since for the first time in it the rivals boxed without helmets.
