This is stated in the verdict of the Mankiv district court of the Cherkasy region.
According to the court, the man was found fit for mobilization, but he refused to do military service.
At the court, a resident of Cherkasy region said, “he was detained, he doesn't remember where, they handed him a summons. They took him to undergo a medical examination, he underwent it until the evening, a couple of doctors did not come, the next day he did not leave. Then he was stopped by police officers, then they left passed a medical examination and was issued a summons. He went home and did not show up for that summons. A summons was issued for On August 9, 2024, he did not come to the summons because he was scared due to certain circumstances.”
