From Software new game – Miyazaki confirmed it will not be Elden Ring 2 – UNIAN
Hidetaka Miyazaki believes that the upcoming games will show the studio “from different sides.”
Earlier this year, From Software announced the development of several new games that would mark the studio's “next chapter” beyond Elden Ring. Details are still scarce, but Hidetaka Miyazaki spoke with Game Watch to shed some light on what we can expect.
The developer confirmed that his team is not yet working on a sequel to Elden Ring, but at the same time does not exclude the development of the franchise in the future.
From Software is currently busy with several projects in “a variety of genres.” Some of them are under the direction of Miyazaki, while others are the responsibility of his colleagues. Therefore, the game designer believes that the upcoming games will show the studio from different sides.
