In Ukraine today, December 3, the power outage schedules have been changed until the end of the day. Consumption restrictions were forced to be tightened.
Ukrenergo reported that the shutdowns will apply to household consumers:
- 08:00 – 23:00 – two rounds of shutdowns;
- 23:00 – 24:00 – one turn off.
For industry and business from 06:00 to 22:00 power limitation.
In turn, DTEK updated the blackout schedules for the Kyiv, Odessa and Dnepropetrovsk regions, as well as the capital.

- 1 group of light will not be from 22:00 to 24:00;
- Group 2 – from 22:00 to 24:00;
- Group 3 – 16:00 to 22:00;
- Group 4 – 16:00 to 22:00;
- Group 5 – 19:00 to 23:00;
- Group 6 – 19:00 to 23:00.
