“A mandatory condition for receiving “Winter isSupport” is staying in Ukraine. In this way, we support those who remain to live and work in our country. When submitting an application through “Dia”, each participant confirms the fact of staying in Ukraine. After that, the state verifies the veracity of the information in the registers of the State Border Service,” the head of the Cabinet of Ministers emphasized.
