In Kharkiv, an 18-year-old young man is suspected of setting fire to the branch of “Ukrposhta” and transformer substations, which have occurred since the beginning of November this year.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
He was charged with intentionally damaging electricity facilities and property by arson.
“According to the investigation, since the beginning of November, the suspect committed a series of arson attacks at transformer substations located in the Saltiv district of Kharkiv, as well as at the Ukrposhta branch. He filmed his actions on his own mobile phone,” the report says.
