VLK certificates are sold on the Internet by scammers
The Ministry of Health claims that they are trying to eradicate corruption during the passage of the IVC.
Most of the “VVK certificates” that can be purchased via the Internet are sold not by doctors, but by ordinary scammers. Health Minister Viktor Lyashko spoke about this in an interview with Suspilny.
The minister noted that the process of passing the military medical commission was digitized back in 2022. According to him, from the moment a person comes to a hospital authorized to conduct intravenous medical examination, and until the receipt of a medical report, the entire document flow takes place digitally. Therefore, the Ministry of Health understands which doctor ordered the examinations and which ones, as well as what conclusion he made in the final document.
