North Korean soldiers are starving in Russia

To solve the problem of hunger among North Korean soldiers, the Russian command sent Major General Mevlyutov, deputy commander for resource provision of the Leningrad Military District, to the region.
Upon arrival, the general ordered to issue North Korean servicemen individual rations from the food reserves of 11 separate airborne assault brigades of the Russian Armed Forces.
