Prosecutor's office Kokshetau theft of funds intended for the development of sports sections was revealed, Sports.kz reports with reference to the “Voice of the People”.
“Criminal schemes for the theft of budget funds allocated under the Artsport and DamuBala programs for the development of sports sections for children, including those with disabilities, have been identified,” the supervisory authority reported.
For example, one of the suppliers of the state order in the city of Kokshetau provided certificates of work performed for children who did not attend sports sections at all.
In this regard, the city prosecutor's office has opened a criminal case for fraud, and a pre-trial investigation is underway.
