The special envoy of the newly elected US president for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, responded to the Russian oligarch Konstantin Malofeev, who promised to send an official with his plan to settle the war.

The day before, Malofeev told the Financial Times that the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, most likely, will not agree to Kellogg's proposal to settle the war in Ukraine.

“Kellogg comes to Moscow with his plan, we accept it, and then send him to hell, because we don't like all of it. That's all the negotiations,” said the Russian oligarch.

He also said that the negotiations will apparently be constructive, when it will be “not about the future of Ukraine, but about the future of Europe and the world.”
