Officials agree that Russia is waging a hybrid war against Europe.
In 2024, a huge number of suspicious incidents occurred in Europe, some of which may be related to the Russian Federation. This was stated by Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky, The Guardian reports.
“There have been 500 suspicious incidents in Europe this year. Up to 100 of them can be attributed to Russian hybrid attacks, espionage, influence operations,” he told reporters.
During a speech before a meeting with NATO colleagues in Brussels, Lipavsky emphasized that Europe must send Moscow “a strong signal that this will not be tolerated,” the publication shared.
