In each brigade of the Armed Forces, a new post will appear – Ukraine
This position will allow the separation of combat duties of the military and tasks related to procurement.
A new full-time position is being introduced in the brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – the authorized officer for procurement of goods, works and services.
This was announced by the Minister of Defense Rustem Umyerov in Telegram.
“I signed an order that introduces a new full-time position in each brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – an authorized officer for procurement of goods, works and services,” the message reads.
According to the minister, these specialists will be responsible for planning and organizing purchases, preparing tender documents, market analysis, finding suppliers, selecting and evaluating offers. Thanks to this, procurement for our units will be carried out quickly, transparently and taking into account the real needs of the soldiers.
