Ramzan Kadyrov proposed using prisoners of the Ukrainian Armed Forces as human shields – UNIAN
After the last drone attack on Chechnya, Kadyrov threatened not to take prisoners, but quickly changed his mind.
The ruler of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, proposed using Ukrainian prisoners of war as human shields for military facilities on the territory of the republic. He voiced this idea at an ostentatious meeting with prisoners, a video of which he published on his Telegram.
So at the beginning of the meeting, the Chechen dictator first asked how Ukrainians lived in Chechen captivity, and then became indignant that they looked too good.
“It’s as if you came back from vacation. We need to put them all on the roof at the objects that were filmed by American satellites. Let them guard our territory,” Kadyrov told one of those accompanying him.
