Over hundreds of years of evolution, humanity has learned to eat mushrooms in a variety of forms – salted, dried, fried, stewed. There are thousands of recipes with mushrooms themselves. The TV presenter admitted that he himself is an avid mushroom picker. He loves spending time in the forest and is quite knowledgeable about mushrooms. For many years, the doctor was confident that they were beneficial to the body. But this is another myth.
