Will there be mobilization of women in Ukraine or not?
The deputy emphasized that in Ukraine “there is enough male mobilization resource.”
In Ukraine, the law now stipulates that women can join the Defense Forces only of their own free will, and the issue of their mobilization is not considered. Solomiya Bobrovskaya, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, told Channel 24 about this.
She noted that women with certain military specialties, for example, medicine, had to update their data, but no one would forcibly mobilize them “from the street.”
