“Thousand of Zelenskyi”: more than 2 million Ukrainians will receive money through Ukrposhta
Within the framework of the program, the “Affordable Medicines” project will be expanded.
More than 5 million applications were submitted through Diya as part of the “Winter is Support” program. “Ukrposhta” joined the project, which automatically pays UAH 1,000 to more than 2 million Ukrainians, including pensioners and recipients of subsidies.
This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal.
Also, within the framework of the program, the “Affordable Medicines” project will also be expanded.
“In the 2025 budget, UAH 6.6 billion has been allocated to the program. This step will allow at least 500,000 more Ukrainians to save money on treatment. For the first time, drugs for children will be included in the program,” the report says.
From 2025, all pharmacies will start dispensing medicines under the “Affordable Medicines” program. The Ministry of Health is working on relevant changes in regulations.
