“We remind you that the reason for the temporary introduction of restrictions is damage to energy facilities during a massive missile and drone attack on November 28,” the Telegram publication says.

The national energy company also states that the timing and extent of restrictions may change at any time. However, power engineers continue to work to correct the situation as quickly as possible and return the equipment damaged by Russian missiles to work.
