Traditional German stollen – a recipe for classic Christmas baking – Miscellaneous

One of the most popular Christmas pastries is German stolen. A buttery and very tasty cupcake is baked several weeks before Christmasso that it lasts and it acquires a unique aroma and taste. Over time, each baker added his own “raisin”, and therefore the recipes changed a little. However, in Germany, recipes are strictly followed and passed down from generation to generation.
