Russian special services involve unprotected and underprivileged sections of the population, particularly minors, in subversive activities.

On Kyiv region the number of particularly serious crimes committed at the behest of the Russian special services doubled.

This was reported by the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

“Since the beginning of 2024, 18 criminal offenses have been recorded in the Kyiv region, related to the setting fire to the cars of the Armed Forces servicemen, relay cabinets on railway tracks, and the placement of explosive devices with striking elements. This is twice as much as compared to last year,” the message says.

Thus, during the current year, the following were registered:

• seven criminal proceedings under Art. 113 of the Criminal Code (sabotage);
• eight criminal proceedings under Art. 114-1 of the Civil Code (obstructing the legal activities of the Armed Forces);
