“I am not in Sweden on a business trip, but in Ukraine”: the director of the Museum of the History of Ukraine responded to accusations about going abroad


Fedir Androschuk emphasized that he is a citizen of Sweden, where he has been living permanently for almost 25 years.

Director of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine Fedor Androschuk was accused of leaving on a business trip and not returning to Ukraine. This was stated by People's Deputy Solomiya Bobrovska.

“By the way, the business trip ended on September 20. Apparently, he used his other citizenships as intended (why he has them at all is another question), he went on a business trip to Italy and Sweden, and according to the answer to my deputy's appeal, got lost at the opening of the exhibition in Lithuania,” said Bobrovska's post.

Nardepka also appealed to the Minister of Culture Mykola Tochytskyi with a note that Androschuk still holds the position of director.
