Relations between Ukraine and Britain have worsened: The Guardian named the reason
This happened due to the reluctance of the new Prime Minister, Kier Starmer, to give Kyiv long-range Storm Shadow missiles.
Relations between Ukraine and Great Britain have deteriorated significantly since the Labor Party led by Prime Minister Keir Starmer came to power in July of this year.

The Ukrainian side expresses dissatisfaction with the fact that Britain did not provide new supplies of Storm Shadow, which could be used for strikes on strategic targets in the occupied Crimea and other territories captured by Russia since 2014, as well as for defense against Russian troops.
“Starmer is not giving us long-range weapons. The situation is not the same as during Rishi Sunak's premiership. Relations have deteriorated,” an unnamed Ukrainian official told The Guardian.
