An officer of the 59th separate motorized infantry brigade named after Yakov Handzyuk, Sergei Tsekhotsky, said that the occupying forces of the Russian Federation are trying to break through the defenses of Ukrainian defenders in the Pokrovsky direction.
“For the last two weeks, the enemy has been very active. He is trying to break through our defenses. If we take into account the 40 assaults in the Pokrovsky direction, then half of them were carried out by a unit of our brigade, sometimes even more. Today, before 6 am, we had already eliminated 34 invaders,” – he said on air on the Espresso TV channel.
