Only 14% of respondents believe that Russia will be able to capture all of Ukraine.
More than 40% of Americans believe that Russia is still winning the war, while only a little over 10% believe that it is capable of capturing all of Ukraine. This is evidenced by a survey conducted by the Ronald Reagan Institute, writes UP.
Thus, 41% of respondents believe that Russia is now winning the war, and this perception is more common among 45% of Donald Trump voters. Those who think Ukraine is winning are almost half as many at 24%, with Kamala Harris voters (29%) expressing more optimism than Trump voters (21%).
