Boxing is not yet included in the program of the 2028 Olympics, which will be held in Los Angeles, and the final decision on this should be made in 2025.
The IBA, which has existed since 1920 and was formerly called AIBA, was stripped of IOC recognition last year and the same year the new federation World Boxing was created, which now has 55 members.
