Salad “Nenazhera” with sprats: recipe — Salads

peas
1 jar
boiled potatoes
2-3 pcs.
boiled eggs
2 pcs.
cucumber
1 pc.
dill
to taste

sugar

salt
1/2 h. spoons
vinegar 6%
3 Art. spoons
hot water
100 ml

Cooking process:

  1. Drain the oil from the sprats, finely chop them and put them in a deep container. Peel the boiled potatoes in their uniforms, cut them into cubes and send them to the sprats.
  2. Cut one red onion into half rings, pour hot water, add salt and sugar, leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Then drain the water and add the onion to the salad.
  3. Cut a long cucumber into strips, boil eggs and cut them into cubes.
  4. Sprinkle with dill if desired. Add to taste…
