Lubinets told how the Russian army mocks prisoners of war
Dmytro Lubinets emphasized that such actions of the Russian military are serious violations of international laws.
At the front, more and more cases are recorded when Russian soldiers shoot Ukrainian prisoners of war. The soldiers laid down their weapons, the battle was stopped.
Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada's human rights representative, told Ukrinform.
“Such cases have really increased, and legally we must interpret that this is the shooting of Ukrainian prisoners of war by Russian soldiers. Because according to the Geneva Convention, we record that Ukrainian soldiers have fulfilled all the conditions to be considered prisoners of war.
