How to cook pancakes – a quick recipe from BBC Good Food – UNIAN

A stack of freshly made pancakes is a great weekend treat. They can be eaten with various sauces and fruits.
BBC Good Food has shared a “sure-fire” recipe that makes 12 servings and is guaranteed to produce “perfect pancakes every time.”
- flour – 100 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- milk – 300 ml;
- oil – 1 tbsp;
- powdered sugar – for serving.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, butter and a pinch of salt. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and creamy-like. If possible, leave the dough for 30 minutes or you can cook immediately.
Lightly grease the pan with vegetable oil. When it's hot, cook the pancakes.
