Mobilization – in 95% of cases new people will be less prepared
Due to shortcomings in training, the Ukrainian Defense Forces are not sufficiently realizing the potential that they have, the soldier noted.
The Ukrainian army has a limited resource of people who need to be protected as much as possible. There will be new people in the troops, but in 95% of cases they will be less prepared and with worse moral and psychological support. This opinion was voiced on Ukrainian radio by senior lieutenant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, holder of the Order of Bohdan Khmelnitsky, expert of the Leviathan analytical group Nikolai Melnik.
