According to the publication, the 3rd helicopter regiment of the army aviation successfully conducted an experiment with the placement of an FPV drone operator on board a military helicopter.

The French military sees it as part of a broader concept of creating a single reconnaissance-strike complex combining helicopters and drones of various types.
