Sweden will continue to provide assistance to Ukraine as long as necessary.
Sweden handed over to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine two aid packages totaling almost 9 million euros.

“I am very pleased to announce the provision of two packages of civil assistance. We are currently talking about the transfer of assistance in the amount of approximately 9 million euros. The first package – the Swedish Coast Guard will transfer two ships together with various equipment to strengthen maritime security,” said the Minister of Civil Defense of Sweden Karl-Oscar Bolin.
Bolin said that the second aid package will contain about 40,000 protective respirator masks. He noted that these masks will be useful to representatives of central executive authorities in their fight against various threats.
