A fatal accident occurred in Kyiv region
The police of the Kyiv region are investigating the circumstances of the fatal accident on the Kyiv-Kovel road.
A road accident involving a car and a passenger bus occurred near the village of Borodyanka in the Kyiv region.
The National Police reported on this on December 8.
The law enforcement officers have previously established that the driver of the Opel attempted to overtake, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a Mercedes bus carrying more than 30 passengers.
“Unfortunately, as a result of the collision, the 33-year-old driver of the car died at the scene. The other participants in the traffic accident were not injured,” the police reported.
Investigators of the investigative department of the police of the Kyiv region started a pre-trial investigation into this fact (Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
