A Ukrainian woman took chocolate with drugs abroad
The woman wanted to treat her acquaintances in Germany with sweets with an unusual filling.
On the border with Poland at the “Krakivets” checkpoint, border guards found chocolates containing drugs in the luggage of a 28-year-old bus passenger.
This was reported in the press service of the State Border Service.
Jessica, a service dog trained to search for drugs, worked during the inspection of the Odesa-Schweinfurt shuttle bus. The border guards examined the suspicious luggage and found a package with 5 chocolates in the shape of a Christmas star, wrapped in foil packaging.
The woman admitted that chocolate contains tetrahydrocannabinol, the main psychoactive component of cannabis. The passenger said that she received these sweets from a friend and wanted to treat them to friends in Germany.
