A simple way has been found to extend life by 11 years – Health
American and Australian scientists have found that regular physical activity improves health and increases life expectancy by an average of 11 years. The study was published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, Sports.kz reports with reference to Life.ru.
Regular physical activity, such as walking, can significantly extend life, say scientists from Griffith University. Data analysis showed that people over 40 who lead an active lifestyle live on average five years longer than their sedentary peers.
