The Ukrainian Coordinating Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War commented on the statement of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Russian Federation Tetyana Moskalkova about handing over to Kyiv the bodies of prisoners of war who allegedly died during the crash of the IL-76 in the Belgorod region.
