From December 10, 2024, changes are expected in the terms of service on the largest Russian online trading platforms.

Wildberries is introducing a fee for returning goods for all customers – canceling orders without payment is now impossible. If the buyer does not pick up his parcel from the point of delivery, 100 rubles will be automatically debited from his card for each unit of goods, including defective ones. The company explains this move by the need to cover transportation costs, but many consumers believe that responsibility for defective goods should lie with the seller.
