The largest number of vacancies in November were in the category “Workers, production”.
In November, the labor market began to slow down due to seasonal factors, but the number of vacancies is still firmly above the 100,000 job offer mark, and job seekers are no less active in sending their resumes. This is stated in a study submitted to UNIAN by the job search site Work.ua.
“The total number of vacancies and responses from applicants has decreased somewhat. However, if we take a closer look, we see that for the 9th month in a row there are more than 100,000 vacancies on the labor market. Therefore, employers are not stopping hiring at all. And applicants are quite active – in November the average the number of responses to the vacancy has increased,” they note…
