The Russians have several advantages, but Ukraine also has something to oppose.
The motivation for Russian infantry comes down to threats and intimidation, while Ukraine is constrained by understanding why we are fighting. NSU Colonel Artem Ilyukhin spoke about this in an interview with Novinarna.
“The Russians have a simple motivation for infantry: a blow with a stick or a shot in the head of a comrade,” Ilyukhin said.
The colonel told reporters that the Russians have several advantages. These include a larger number of personnel and stocks of drones.
“They have an advantage in the use of electronic warfare at the tactical and operational-tactical level, from Orlans and Lancets to FPV drones. Here they took our example, but they are developing this very actively,” the colonel added.
