Mobbing is one of the varieties of bullying. This term is used only when it comes to humiliation at work. Most often, mobbing manifests itself as psychological abuse of a colleague or a group of employees or management.

A person who feels humiliated and harassed at work often does not know where to turn for help. It is worth remembering that these issues are dealt with by the State Labor Service.
