The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be an extremely powerful phone as it will not only use the top-end Snapdragon 8 Elite chip but will also have increased RAM capacity of up to 16GB. For comparison, all iPhone 16 models come with 8GB of RAM.
According to online sources, the base model of the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have 256 GB of memory and 12 GB of RAM, followed by a version with 512 GB of memory and 16 GB of RAM. The top model will offer 1 TB of storage and 16 GB of RAM.
At the same time, the cheaper S25 and S25+ are expected to remain unchanged in terms of RAM – 12 GB in the maximum configuration. If rumors are to be believed, their battery capacity will also remain the same. Obviously, the main focus in the upcoming line will be on the Ultra version.
