Former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, who turns 100 next year, has shared his top secret to longevity.
According to Business Insider, Mahathir first served as Malaysia's prime minister from 1981 to 2003. In 2018, at the age of 92, he was again elected prime minister – although he stepped down just under two years later. During his second term as Prime Minister of Malaysia, Mahathir was considered one of the oldest elected world leaders.
Mahathir calls moderation his main secret to longevity.
