This was announced by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets.
“They (the Russian occupiers – ed.) recorded it on a video that is spreading on the Internet. Regarding this case, I am sending a letter to the ICRC and the UN. This is a violation of the Geneva Conventions, international humanitarian law, laws and customs of warfare,” he wrote.
Lubinets emphasized that if we do not respond to this, the crimes will be repeated.
“Unpunished evil always returns,” he concluded.
We will remind, in the Pokrovsky direction the Russian military shot dead six captured soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
